TWIST-EASE SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING RATES
All orders will be shipped FedEx Ground or FedEx Ground Residential - rates and delivery times are determined by address information. Eligible items will qualify for "USPS Saver" shipping and will be shipped out via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Orders over $300 after discounts and before shipping and taxes are eligible for free shipping within the United States. Continental 48-states will ship via FedEx Ground or FedEx Ground Residential. Alaska/Hawai'i orders will ship via USPS (United States Postal Service).
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders placed before 12:00pm (CT) Monday through Friday will be fulfilled and shipped the same day.
USPS Saver orders placed before 12:00pm (CT) Monday through Friday will ship out next business day).
DELIVERY WINDOW
Orders shipped via FedEx Ground will be delivered Monday through Friday. Orders shipped to residential addresses via FedEx Ground will be delivered Monday through Saturday.
